Al-Otaishan Group Overview
The group was founded by its founder, Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al-Otaishan, who currently the Chairman of the Holding Company. The group includes a range of sectors and companies in the fields of industry, commerce, transportation, logistics services, construction and maintenance services.
As part of the group's ambitious development plan, Al-Otaishan Holding Company was launched in 2022, which involved a complete restructuring of all its sectors and services within the sustainable transformation program. The program aims to transfer expertise and benefit from it to promote development and align with the growth that the Kingdom is currently witnessing. With its new strategy, Al-Otaishan Holding Company seeks to establish a national model in the construction, maintenance, logistics services, and industrial sectors, and become a leading example in the development of industry and commerce. Currently, the company owns a fleet of more than 1000 heavy transport trucks and various tanks, and has a well-established network of operations spread over 15 branches, covering an area of over three million square meters. The company is managed by a highly efficient team of more than 3500 employees.
Al-Otaishan Holding Company has obtained several certificates, memberships, and classifications, including ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificate, OHSAS 18001 Environmental Safety Certificate, and membership in the Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association (GPCA). On the other hand, the company is working to enhance its programs to continue localizing its manufacturing technologies as a purposeful contribution initiative to enhance the growth of private companies' local content.

Since our start 1982, Al-Otaishan Group started as an individual enterprise under the name of Abdulrahman Al-Otaishan Transport establishment with one truck. Later, it evolved to become a Saudi specialized company offering various logistics, industrial, and trading services. During its successful journey, the company has become one of the leading national companies that provide world-class quality services in line with the ambitious vision of the country to indicate the professionalism of its citizens. in 2016 the company change from Abdulrahman Alotaishan Co. to Abdul Rahama AlOtaishan and sons group.
